  18. ;1. No real names allowed, this is a handle only net. No anonymous messages,
  19. ;   or private messages are allowed in the Echo bases unless the echo mail
  20. area
  21. ;   has been set up to allow these types of messages. See the flag listings
  22. in
  23. ;   the setup list for more information. It is fully acceptable to send
  24. ;   encrypted netmail. A PGP KEY echo has been created for your convenience
  25. in
  26. ;   keyfile exchange.

  28. ;2. Netmail- You have 2 options of routing your netmail. 
  29. ;       1. Send mail directly to node/point
  30. ;       2. Route it to 142:619/9949 and let me do all the rest.

  32. ;3. Swearing will be allowed to an extent, if used in abuse, then you're net 
  33. ;   access will be dropped. Basically, I don't mind any swearing, just as
  34. long
  35. ;   as its used in good context.

  37. ;4. All nodes must fill out an application, or they will not be proccessed.
  38. ;   Should you desire to become a point, you may become a point off of
  39. whichever
  40. ;   node is closest to you. You do not need to send a new.app to my node,

  42. ;   get with the SysOp of the system from which you plan to receive your
  43. feeds
  44. ;   from. Should you decide to become a node after this point, send your app

  55. ;6. Please poll your host at least once a week. While we are not yet a busy
  56. ;   net, sometimes I find myself with 300k of outgoing mail waiting to be
  57. sent.

  59. ;7. Help get this net to spread, interest some sysops local to you and get

  61. ;   connected... Not that we're trying to become another fido, but we could
  62. use
  63. ;   some fresh systems... :-)

  65. ;8. SysOps of nodes, hosts, and points should make sure posts originating
  66. ;   from their system do not involve illegal activity.

  123. POL. You can freq the entire nodelist with the above echo list and app from
